摘要:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和國(guó)際化進(jìn)程加快，我國(guó)酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展也達(dá)到新的高度。酒店是為賓客提供住宿服務(wù)，然后圍繞住宿服務(wù)展開一系列的多元化服務(wù)，客房是酒店重要的“產(chǎn)業(yè)園”，客房的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)會(huì)對(duì)客人產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響，也間接影響該酒店的發(fā)展。功能區(qū)域規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)是客房設(shè)計(jì)的核心，規(guī)劃好各功能區(qū)域，有利于提升酒店的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。酒店的客房類型有幾種，其中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房所占的比例最大，在本篇論文里主要就以“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房功能區(qū)域劃分”進(jìn)行探討，通過對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析研究，來說明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房設(shè)計(jì)中功能規(guī)劃的重要性，同時(shí)運(yùn)用到我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)“XX學(xué)院圖書館改造酒店”項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)中，從不同角度和層次對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房功能區(qū)域劃分進(jìn)行分析研究。 關(guān)鍵詞：酒店，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房，功能區(qū)域劃分
Abstract:With the development of the economy and internationalization, the hotel industry has got to a new high level. Hotel is the place for accommodation, and carry out a series of multiple services. Room is the important industry , the plan and design will bring about deep effect and influence the development of the hotel. The function planning is the key of the room design .An excellent planning will be favor of the competition. There are several types of the room and among them the standard room account for very very big proportion. In this thesis , it will discuss the “the function divide of the standard room”.According to the analysis, it will explain the importance .And in the meanwhile I will use it to the my diploma project” Zengcheng College of South China Normal University Library Change Hotel”, to study it from different angles Key Words：Hotel, Standard room, Unction area divide
客房是酒店建筑設(shè)施的主體，也是酒店的核心產(chǎn)品，在顧客尋求不斷變化、崇尚個(gè)性化的時(shí)代，賓客對(duì)功能的要求越來越強(qiáng)烈，要滿足客人日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)需求和精神生活需要，客房的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)必須不斷完善各空間區(qū)域的功能，要以“設(shè)計(jì)為人”為基礎(chǔ)考慮，也就說研究人在入住酒店時(shí)的需求和感受是客房規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的基本前提。 本文通過研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的各空間功能區(qū)域用途及設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)，并運(yùn)用到“華南師范大學(xué)增城學(xué)院圖書館改造酒店”的設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中，作為整個(gè)酒店的亮點(diǎn)，結(jié)合其功能規(guī)劃及裝飾設(shè)計(jì)，打造出布局合理、功能齊全、裝飾美觀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣板間。 本文對(duì)酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用具有一定的啟示和指導(dǎo)作用。在當(dāng)今競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的環(huán)境下，酒店設(shè)計(jì)隨著人們的需求，設(shè)計(jì)要求也越來越高。設(shè)計(jì)觀念到表現(xiàn)形式都在不斷的推陳出新，縱深發(fā)展，但始終不變的是功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的目的和要求，希望此方法的總結(jié)能為酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展帶來推向作用。
