摘要:單片機在電子產(chǎn)品中的應用已經(jīng)越來越廣泛,并且在很多電子產(chǎn)品中也將其用到溫度檢測和溫度控制。為此本系統(tǒng)利用Protues仿真平臺,設計了基于51單片機的溫度測控和顯示系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用AT89C51單片機分別采集各個溫度點的溫度,實現(xiàn)溫度顯示、控制、報警等功能。它以AT89C51單片機為主控制芯片,采用數(shù)字溫度傳感器DS18B20實現(xiàn)溫度的檢測,測量精度可以達到0.5℃,可自行設置溫度上下限。單片機將檢測到的溫度信號與通過鍵盤矩陣輸入的溫度上、下限進行比較,由此作出來對數(shù)碼管的狀態(tài)進行改變,同時進行聲音報警。該系統(tǒng)采用了1602液晶顯示模塊,形象直觀的顯示測出的溫度值。本系統(tǒng)還加了一個實時顯示的電子時鐘模塊,采用了DS1302時鐘芯片,也通過1602液晶進行實時顯示。 關鍵詞:Protues仿真;AT89C51;DS18B20;溫度控制

單片機作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的核心器件,其系統(tǒng)設計包括硬件電路設計和程序設計,調試過程一般分為軟件調試、硬件測試、系統(tǒng)調試3個過程。軟件調試一般比較容易進行,但如果要進行硬件電路測試和系統(tǒng)調試則比較麻煩,因為要進行這2個過程必須在電路板制作完成、元器件焊接完畢之后進行,而且電路板的制作、元器件的安裝、焊接費時費力。如果采用單片機系統(tǒng)仿真軟件Proteus,則不用制作具體的電路板也能夠完成以上工作,可以提高開發(fā)效率、降低開發(fā)成本、提高開發(fā)速度。本設計是基于PROTEUS仿真,設計了一種用單片機、數(shù)學溫度傳感器、矩陣鍵盤輸入實現(xiàn)的溫控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)不僅可以測得溫度的數(shù)字值,而且會及時的對溫度進行控制,系統(tǒng)具有簡單方便、準確可靠,實時性強、可擴展性好等優(yōu)點。
