摘要：隨著人類社會的發(fā)展，社會信息量的與日俱增，人類對知識的需求也不斷地增長。在這種形勢下，中學(xué)的人事管理變得越來越麻煩，則管理員需要方便快捷的進(jìn)行自己的工作和更準(zhǔn)確更具效率的工作。為了提高管理員對最平凡工作的效率，最大的方便學(xué)校教職工資料的查詢，方便學(xué)校對教職工進(jìn)行有效管理，開發(fā)一套功能完善的高校人事管理系統(tǒng)就顯得很必要了。 目前各中學(xué)普遍的人事管理系統(tǒng)存在的功能不全，操作復(fù)雜，系統(tǒng)要求高等一系列問題，甚至有些學(xué)校仍然采用手工記錄的方式登記數(shù)據(jù)。所以開發(fā)一個具有個性化的人事管理系統(tǒng)很有必要，而這個管理系統(tǒng)需要與 MIS系統(tǒng)相聯(lián)系，在學(xué)校內(nèi)部建成可靠，方便，并且功能齊全的MIS系統(tǒng)。從而在學(xué)校建立對教職工人事管理的系統(tǒng)；對學(xué)校人事管理人員軟件操作的適應(yīng)時間和操作感覺方面都將有大大的提高。 對于這個系統(tǒng)，它基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理員對教職工信息檔案的管理，系統(tǒng)角色分為管理員、校長、普通教師三種，同時系統(tǒng)還設(shè)置了前臺，前臺的功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶之間的相互交流與互動，對系統(tǒng)的不足與合理的管理可以得到及時的反應(yīng)，為完善管理提供了一個民主的平臺，同時在前臺還可以顯示優(yōu)秀教師信息，使得優(yōu)秀教師的評估更為公開公正。 本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用ASP.NET編程語言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000為開發(fā)工具，Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了教職工檔案信息管理、教職工工資信息管理和發(fā)放、公告信息管理、考勤信息管理、聘任信息管理、賬號信息管理等主要功能。 關(guān)鍵詞：人事管理；教職工檔案；工資管理；考勤管理；數(shù)據(jù)庫
