摘要：隨著全國各大高校的大力擴(kuò)招，而幾乎全部大學(xué)生都是住校生，學(xué)生公寓樓房數(shù)量越來越多，宿舍管理人員也越來越多。接著高校后勤社會化改革，學(xué)生住宿條件得到了相當(dāng)大的改善，宿舍內(nèi)的貴重設(shè)施，如電腦、飲水機(jī)等電器越來越多，宿舍安排上打破了原來按專業(yè)班級住在一起的限制，可供學(xué)生選擇的空間也越來越大，后勤部門對公寓管理的指標(biāo)越來越嚴(yán)格。因此，公寓管理的難度不斷增大。普洱師專學(xué)生公寓管理系統(tǒng)是加強(qiáng)學(xué)生住宿管理、規(guī)范高校公寓日常工作、提高公寓管理效能的有效工具。本系統(tǒng)以公寓房間、入住學(xué)生為基礎(chǔ)信息源，通過基礎(chǔ)信息源可以對公寓房間床位進(jìn)行分配、交納住宿費(fèi)、衛(wèi)生紀(jì)律檢查、公寓工作人員等進(jìn)行全方位的規(guī)范管理，方便教務(wù)處、學(xué)生處、保衛(wèi)處、財務(wù)處等學(xué)校職能部門及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)隨時獲得全方位的公寓管理信息，實(shí)時掌握學(xué)生入住與交費(fèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)，動態(tài)監(jiān)控公寓管理情況，實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源共享，提高公寓管理工作的效率。 本系統(tǒng)以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000為開發(fā)工具，采用C#面向?qū)ο缶幊陶Z言。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生信息管理（添加學(xué)生信息、學(xué)生信息的維護(hù)）、房間信息管理（添加房間信息、房間信息維護(hù)）、住宿信息管理（學(xué)生入住信息、入住信息維護(hù)）、衛(wèi)生紀(jì)律管理（添加評分分?jǐn)?shù)、評分分?jǐn)?shù)維護(hù)）、交費(fèi)信息管理（交納住宿費(fèi)用、住宿費(fèi)用的維護(hù)）、系統(tǒng)信息設(shè)置等主要功能。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：學(xué)生公寓管理系統(tǒng)；學(xué)生信息管理；住宿管理；收費(fèi)管理
