摘要:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展，物流在現(xiàn)在商業(yè)中的地位不斷提高，作為十大朝陽企業(yè)之一，物流業(yè)的競爭也是越來越激烈。在這樣的背景下，對也客戶的開發(fā)、發(fā)展就顯得尤為的重要。但是，就目前物流行業(yè)的客戶管理系統(tǒng)來看，大多過于簡單，無法進行系統(tǒng)化，專業(yè)化的客戶管理。鑒于此開發(fā)一個系統(tǒng)化的客戶管理系統(tǒng)顯得尤為迫切。 本設計的目的是為了建立一個系統(tǒng)化的客戶管理系統(tǒng)。通過對現(xiàn)有的客戶管理系統(tǒng)以及物流行業(yè)業(yè)務流程的分析，得出客戶管理系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)應該具有管理員注冊登錄、單據(jù)信息的管理、客戶添加、客戶基礎信息管理以及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析能力等功能。采用VB開發(fā)語言和SQL Server 2000相結(jié)合設計系統(tǒng)并實現(xiàn)其相應功能。最后對軟件進行測試與分析，保證其質(zhì)量。本系統(tǒng)界操作方便，維護簡單，并具有一定的安全性。 關鍵詞：物流；客戶管理；SQL Server 2000
