摘要:為了簡(jiǎn)化人們?nèi)粘9ぷ髦屑夹g(shù)含量不高,重復(fù)性強(qiáng)的操作,同時(shí)能使那些有著繁瑣過(guò)程和大量數(shù)據(jù)的工作高效地進(jìn)行,這些便是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)要達(dá)到的要求,而此進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)在協(xié)調(diào)、控制工作流程的同時(shí),也提高了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。雖然,目前中國(guó)的中小型醫(yī)藥公司呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)蓬勃發(fā)展的狀態(tài),但是他們大多數(shù)并沒(méi)有使用有效的算機(jī)管理方式,以至于他們的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理手段還相對(duì)比較落后。因此,使用一個(gè)便捷高效的管理方式是提高該公司自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平的必經(jīng)之路。 本文在對(duì)藥店具體的情況的調(diào)查后,決定用Java程序語(yǔ)言和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)藥店進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)藥店的藥品信息管理、供應(yīng)商管理、藥品入庫(kù)管理、銷售管理、庫(kù)存管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢,會(huì)員管理等功能,并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,表明系統(tǒng)可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,能夠滿足藥店的需要。藥店進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)在實(shí)現(xiàn)藥品商家的高效管理的同時(shí),還節(jié)約了各類人力、物力資源。另外,本系統(tǒng)將藥店的進(jìn)、銷、存等業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來(lái)中,使數(shù)據(jù)能夠共享,并達(dá)到降低成本、高效管理、提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等目的。 關(guān)鍵詞:藥店進(jìn)銷存;Java;MySQL;信息管理
Abstract:Drugstore inventory management system to simplify their daily work in a large number of repeated mechanical operations, make some tedious process and a large quantity of data to be efficient. Drugstore inventory management system can also be based on the data is effectively controlled, to achieve the workflow layer control, coordination, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Although, at present the small and medium-sized drugstore companies in China have thriving states. And Most of them did not use effective computer management mode so that their methods of management are relatively backward. Therefore, the use of a convenient and efficient management is the only way which must be passed to improve the company's own competitiveness and management level. Basing on the investigation of the specific situation of drugstores, I decide to use Java programming language and MySQL database for the drugstore inventory management system. The system has seven functional modules, such as: drug information management, supplier information management, entering-warehouse management, marketing management, inventory management, inquiry statistics and members management. Through the centralized information database, businessmen import and sale, deposit business organic union rises, in order to achieve data sharing, reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve service purposes.
