摘要:進(jìn)入信息時代，各種信息泄露事件屢屢發(fā)生，對人們的日常生活造成了嚴(yán)重困擾。如知名網(wǎng)站CSDN發(fā)生“泄密門”，造成600萬網(wǎng)民密碼丟失；又如一覺醒來查賬，百萬存款不翼而飛；網(wǎng)銀交易，賬戶口令被盜等個人信息泄露事件屢見不鮮。人們的安全底線正被信息詐騙、信息買賣等犯罪“犯罪”黑洞慢慢侵蝕。為了進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)，使人們更好地享受科技發(fā)展帶來的種種便利，我們不得不采取合理有效的措施，防止個人信息泄露，阻止個人信息的黑色產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)一步惡化。本論文通過對不同年齡和不同學(xué)歷的網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，采用抽樣調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法得出不同類型網(wǎng)民對“個人信息泄露與防范”的不同看法。分別從信息主體、技術(shù)角度、法律角度和商業(yè)角度分析個人信息泄露的原因。提醒廣大用戶要有維護(hù)個人信息權(quán)利的意識，樹立正確的個人信息使用觀念。倡導(dǎo)相關(guān)行業(yè)能夠研發(fā)更加安全有效的保護(hù)個人信息的數(shù)據(jù)庫保密技術(shù)，如采用安全控制技術(shù)、密鑰技術(shù)和安全防范技術(shù)等。最后從法律角度提出要合理界定個人信息的范圍；明確個人信息法律保護(hù)的內(nèi)容；規(guī)定關(guān)于個人信息保護(hù)的事前監(jiān)管機(jī)制；完善有關(guān)個人信息保護(hù)的事后補(bǔ)救制度等建議。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：個人信息；信息泄露；防范措施
