摘要:隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，智能住宅小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們安家置業(yè)的首選，業(yè)主們不但對住宅的本身的美觀、質(zhì)量要求越來越高，同時對小區(qū)物業(yè)的服務和管理質(zhì)量也有著較高的要求。這樣要求小區(qū)管理員對物業(yè)進行全面細致的管理，對于這些要求最好的方法就是是采用以計算機操作為基礎的小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)對小區(qū)的智能管理，現(xiàn)在的小區(qū)規(guī)模不斷擴大，住戶也越來越多，像小區(qū)中的汽車車位的分配，小區(qū)的各項維修、投訴等都將越來越復雜，工作量也將越來越大。如果這些都依靠人力來處理的話不僅保密性差，效率底下，而且時間長了就會產(chǎn)生大量復雜的數(shù)據(jù)和文件，若是想查找或者維護數(shù)據(jù)就會給管理員帶來很多困哪。 隨著計算機技術(shù)的不斷普及和計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理能力不斷增強，利用計算機來管理小區(qū)物業(yè)已經(jīng)成了必然的趨勢。利用計算機網(wǎng)絡和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，我們可以采用ASP.net技術(shù)和SQL Sever 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)組件來構(gòu)成智能小區(qū)的管理系統(tǒng)。這樣的小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)操作簡單，運用方便、效率也大大的提高了。本系統(tǒng)界面設計大方、簡潔、實用，操作簡單方便,是一款基本符合當代智能小區(qū)日常事務管理的軟件。既節(jié)省了小區(qū)管理員的人力資源也滿足了用戶的基本需求。 關鍵詞：智能小區(qū)管理；ASP.net技術(shù)；SQL Sever 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫
