摘要:倉儲管理是物流業(yè)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，在各中小型公司發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用，為企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)和管理活動提供了有效的管理手段。倉儲管理系統(tǒng)的自動化、系統(tǒng)化和規(guī)范化，為中小電腦公司的倉儲管理減少了成本，提高了庫存利用率。它不同于以往的人工管理方法，采用了信息化技術(shù)，解決了存儲量大、信息量多等缺點，同時還減少了業(yè)務(wù)人員在處理過程中發(fā)生的各種問題與錯誤。因此，實現(xiàn)倉儲管理信息化，能減少物力、人力、財力的浪費，提高了企業(yè)的工作效率，增強了企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。 本文通過對設(shè)計背景的調(diào)查，針對中小電腦公司倉儲管理的實際情況，歸納出了系統(tǒng)的需求分析與可行性分析報告，據(jù)此設(shè)計了符合企業(yè)的倉儲管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以SQL Server 2000作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用ASP語言和DW工具來設(shè)計的，具有簡單、高效、功能強大等特點。本文著重介紹中小電腦公司倉儲管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景、需求分析、功能模塊、業(yè)務(wù)流程、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)等一系列開發(fā)流程。該系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品信息、供應(yīng)商信息、客戶信息、員工信息、倉庫信息管理等基礎(chǔ)資料，以及產(chǎn)品入庫、產(chǎn)品出庫、庫存盤點、退貨管理、庫存警戒、報表統(tǒng)計查詢等幾大功能。 關(guān)鍵詞：中小企業(yè)；倉儲管理系統(tǒng)；SQL Server 2000；ASP
Abstract:Warehouse management is an important part of logistics, plays a crucial role in the small and medium-sized companies and provides effective management means for enterprise production and management activities. Automated, systematic and standardized warehouse management system can reduce the cost for the warehouse management of small and medium-sized computer company and improve the utilization rate of the inventory. It is different from the previous methods by artificial management, and uses information technology to solve the large storage capacity, large amount of information problems, at the same time also reduces the problems and errors in business personnel occurring during processing. Therefore, implementation of warehouse management informationization, can reduce the material resources, human, financial waste, improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, through the investigation for the design background, and according to the actual situation of warehouse management for small and medium computer company, work out the requirements analysis report and feasibility analysis report of system, and design the warehouse management system to meet the enterprise. The system uses SQL Server 2000 as the background database, designed by ASP language and the DW tools, which has the advantages of simple, efficient, powerful function. This paper focuses on the warehouse management system development background, requirement analysis, functional module, business processes, database design, system implementation and a series of development process. This system main realization the basic data of product information, supplier information, customer information, employee information, warehouse information management, and several functions such as storage products, products, inventory, return management, inventory warning and statistics inquiry.
