摘要隨著計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的普及和推廣,賓館、酒店等開始廣泛尋求實(shí)現(xiàn)酒店業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)算機(jī)管理的途徑,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)集中管理和快速的反應(yīng),提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率,節(jié)約運(yùn)行和管理成本。對(duì)于酒店客房管理來(lái)說(shuō)，利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)酒店客房管理的各項(xiàng)信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理有著無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是目前酒店管理軟件一般都是為大型酒店而開發(fā)的,成本高、系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜,不適用于中小型酒店和新型的多功能的酒店。 本文在查閱了大量相關(guān)專家學(xué)者撰寫的文獻(xiàn)資料后，分析總結(jié)了中小型酒店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并結(jié)合其特點(diǎn)，利用C#為主要開發(fā)語(yǔ)言和MySQL 2005作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。以Visual studio .net 2008作為開發(fā)平臺(tái),基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器（Browser/Server）體系結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)了該酒店客房管理信息系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)主要包括客房信息管理，客房類型管理，房間預(yù)訂，入住登記，退房結(jié)賬，查詢客戶消費(fèi)記錄，會(huì)員管理等功能模塊，界面簡(jiǎn)潔，操作簡(jiǎn)單，界面直觀，使用方便?；旧峡梢詽M足酒店日常管理的一般需求，并且能夠提高酒店的管理水平，節(jié)省酒店的日常運(yùn)作成本，使酒店獲得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 :酒店客房管理系統(tǒng)；客房管理；ASP.NET
Abstract：With the popularization of computer management system, hotels begin to seek ways to achieve computer management of the hotel business, so as to realize the centralized management and rapid reaction, which improves economic efficiency and saves the cost of operation and management. But the hotel management software is developed generally for large-scale hotels, with the characteristics of high cost, complex system, not suitable for small and medium-sized hotels and new multi-functional hotels . In this paper, accessing to a large number of relevant literature of experts and scholars, analyzing and summarizing the development status of small and medium-sized hotels, combined with its characteristics, I chose C# as the main development language and SQL 2005 as the background database to design the hotel room management information system. I use Visual studio.Net 2008 as a development platform to design the hotel room management information system based on the browser / server (Browser/Server) architecture, This system mainly includes the guest room information management, guest room type management, room reservation, check-in, check-out, member management and other function modules .with the simple interface, simple operation, intuitive interface, easy to use ,the system can basically meet the general requirements of the daily management of the hotel. It can raise the level of hotel management, save the daily operating costs of the hotel and obtain better economic benefit for the hotel.
