摘要：隨著信息需求的快速增長，傳統(tǒng)的信息交流方式已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)對傳輸和處理信息的需要，因此迫切需要將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)運用到每天的工作中。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公與管理的應(yīng)用很好得滿足了企業(yè)行政管理需求，不僅大大地提高了企業(yè)的管理水平，也使得企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息流通加快，信息充分利用，提高了企業(yè)的競爭力。 企業(yè)行政管理系統(tǒng)能夠針對企業(yè)的具體業(yè)務(wù)要求，通過運用Internet通信技術(shù)，集企業(yè)信息化管理與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化辦公一道，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息共享，避免了“數(shù)字鴻溝”和“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象，在增強企業(yè)競爭力的同時提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理技能。 本系統(tǒng)采用ASP.NET動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁技術(shù)和Microsoft SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺，采用C#作為主要開發(fā)語言，結(jié)合B/S模式結(jié)構(gòu)，從實際需求出發(fā)完成了日程管理、消息管理、名片夾管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能。本文介紹了從需求分析到系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的整個開發(fā)過程，讓讀者對整個開發(fā)流程的有一定的了解。 關(guān)鍵詞：企業(yè)行政管理;ASP.NET;C#;B/S模式結(jié)構(gòu)
Abstract：With the growing requirements of Business information, the traditional way of information exchange can not meet the need of companies which have to transmit and process a lot of information within a short time. Therefore, it’s important to merge network management applications into the office routine. The application of network management could not only can greatly improve the management level of enterprise and speed up the flow of internal information to ensure effective use of information and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the specific business requirements of enterprises, through the enterprise office automation systems, using the Internet communications technology, to make the enterprise information management and network offices together with the office automation systems. Information in the enterprise to speed up construction, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the modern enterprise management capabilities, enterprise information sharing, avoids the "digital divide" and the "information island" phenomenon. The system uses the ASP.NET dynamic web page technology and Microsoft SQL Server database platform, using C # as the project's main development language, combined with the B / S model structure, from the practical application, completed system of schedule management, information management, contacts management, system management and other functions. This paper describes the system from requirements analysis to implementation of the system, so that readers have a certain understanding of the entire development process.
