Abstract：the information system is designed for xxx company. this system uses easy base of microsoft acess2003 database, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express is structure.use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005as front—end and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is back—end. it can be used to accomplish user comprehensive, in time, veraciously carrying out everyday datas. at the same time can be used to query and statistics the information of worker , import goods and back goods. it would enhance the administer work efficiency and quality and supply valid reference and decision data for leaders.The system is the analysis of the existing merchandise management problems that exist on the basis of a combination of information management systems development concepts, structure and system development and the fundamental principles and methods, developed a set of commodity information management system.
