摘要：如今是信息化的社會，通過圖書館獲取信息已經成為人們生活中一個不可缺少的途徑，而圖書館信息資源的有效管理已經成為人們獲取信息的關鍵，也將是圖書館信息化建設的重點。 本文就圖書館借閱管理系統(tǒng)的需求，充分考慮管理員與學生對于本管理系統(tǒng)的使用需求，進行詳細的系統(tǒng)設計，包括數據庫設計、系統(tǒng)功能劃分、權限分配等。本系統(tǒng)通過設計實現(xiàn)了書籍信息的管理及查詢、學生信息的管理、書籍借閱、系統(tǒng)設置等四大主要模塊，基本上滿足了圖書館借閱管理系統(tǒng)的應用需求。 結合圖書館借閱管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的需要及現(xiàn)行的數據管理技術，系統(tǒng)采用了Visual Basic 6.0 + Access 2000數據庫的開發(fā)平臺進行開發(fā)，使用二層的C / S結構模式開發(fā)圖書借閱管理系統(tǒng)。以VB6.0作為本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)語言，使用Access數據庫為后臺數據庫，決定采用結構化的程序設計方法開發(fā)了這套本管理系統(tǒng)；同時在數據庫、代碼安全方面也做了相應處理，滿足系統(tǒng)運行的安全性和穩(wěn)定性需求。 系統(tǒng)以提供操作簡單方便、快捷，易懂易用為開發(fā)目標，用戶界面設計友好，操作使用方便，及具有高效的數據處理能力。而Access 2000數據庫以其強大的數據管理功能保證用戶數據的穩(wěn)定和安全。 關鍵詞：數據庫；信息系統(tǒng)；圖書館；借閱管理
Abstract：It is information-based society nowadays,so it is an indispensable way to get information through libraries in people's life. The effective management of information resources in library has become the key to access to information and the focus of informationization in library accordingly. The library management system requirements, give full consideration to the administrator and student management system using the demand, carries on the detailed system design, including database design, system function, authority distribution. The system through the design and implementation of books information management and query, student information management, books borrow, system settings and other four major modules, basically to meet the application demand of library management system. Combining with the library management system development needs and the existing data management technology, the system has adopted Visual Basic 6+ Access 2000database development platform for the development, the use of two layer C / S structure model of development management system to borrow books. VB6.0 as the system development language, the use of Access database as a background database, decided to adopt the structured program design method in the development of the management system; at the same time in the database, the code security also made corresponding processing, to meet the system security and stability. System to provide a simple and convenient operation, fast, easy to understand and use for the development of objectives, user friendly interface design, convenient operation and use, and has strong data processing ability.
