摘要：電子商務(wù)在這幾年的發(fā)展極為迅速，網(wǎng)上商城的種類和服務(wù)質(zhì)量也得到快速的發(fā)展。但是目前在電子商務(wù)的實(shí)踐過程中，交易安全問題成為中國電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)亟需解決的問題。本論文旨在對(duì)電子商務(wù)的交易安全保障進(jìn)行研究，采用綜合防范的思路，探討電子商務(wù)交易安全在技術(shù)、管理和法律方面的保障性對(duì)策。論文主要通過案例研究的方法，針對(duì)當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)近期出現(xiàn)的交易安全問題進(jìn)行分析，對(duì)比同類優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)上商城，提出一些網(wǎng)上商城交易安全保障體系的優(yōu)化管理，信息技術(shù)的完善，網(wǎng)站交易安全的管理以及對(duì)法律法規(guī)建設(shè)的期望等理論對(duì)策，進(jìn)而提出一些適合當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的建議，希望對(duì)當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)有所啟示和幫助。 關(guān)鍵詞：當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)；電子商務(wù)；交易安全；對(duì)策
Abstract：E-commerce is growing very rapidly in the past few years, the type and quality of service of the online store has also been rapid developed. However, transaction security has become the urgent problem in the Chinese e-commerce market. This paper aims to conduct a study on e-commerce transaction security system and its application in the field of e-commerce and security of e-commerce technology,law and managerment system. This paper choose a case study to analyze for the Dangdang recent transaction security issues. I put forward some theories countermeasures comparing of similar outstanding online store, such as optimizing online store, improving website safe-management and construct the laws and regulations.Then Put forward some recommendations for development of electronic commerce.I hope this paper have some implications for similar enterprises.
