摘要:在信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的今天，傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計方式在處理龐大繁雜的信息量時顯得力不從心，因此，人們對于運用計算機來輔助和管理工作的需求正在逐步提高。 隨著各個公司業(yè)務(wù)的逐步擴展，公司的員工人數(shù)也在迅速增加，手工管理員工工資最大的缺陷就在于數(shù)據(jù)量太大，不易查詢。在這種情況下，手工管理員工工資已不能滿足社會的需求。隨著社會的日益競爭,這種落后的人工管理方法必將被淘汰。 而借助于計算機管理員工工資，不僅查詢和修改方便，并且效率高，速度快，完全能夠滿足現(xiàn)代化公司管理的需要，同時也更利于實現(xiàn)全面辦公自動化。因此開發(fā)一套工廠員工工資管理系統(tǒng)軟件勢在必行。 員工工資管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要是采用VB.NET編程語言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2005為開發(fā)工具，Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng)而實現(xiàn)。設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了用計算機對員工檔案（如姓名、性別、編號等）和員工工資（如崗位工資、全勤獎金、津貼和各種扣款項目等）進行查詢、修改、增加、刪除以及存儲；對符合條件的記錄進行查詢、統(tǒng)計、輸出等；用計算機快速、準確地完成各種資料的統(tǒng)計和匯總工作；面對龐大的數(shù)據(jù)，管理人員有一定的困難，因此設(shè)置導(dǎo)入功能，能夠批量導(dǎo)入員工的工資信息（部門主管做好的計件工資表或者是固定工資表），迅速地計算出各種工資，可使管理人員節(jié)省大量時間,而且使用起來方便。真正實現(xiàn)了管理的自動化。 關(guān)鍵詞： 工資管理；互聯(lián)網(wǎng)；系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
Abstract:In the rapid development of information technology, the traditional statistics today in dealing with large multifarious ways when information, then, ragged people use computer to assist in the management and demand is gradually improve work. As each company business spread gradually, the company's employees, the rapid increase, because in management level is limited, causing some employee records management is not perfect, especially multifarious employee wages management record, not easy inquiry, modify, vulnerable to error, and backward staff management methods as the society increasingly competitive, will be eliminated. But with the help of computer management staff wages, not only query and modify convenient, and efficiency, high speed, can completely meet the need of modern company management, and also more conducive to realize comprehensive office automation. So developing a company employee wages management system software is imperative. Employee wages management system development is mainly used VB.NET programming language, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005as a development tool, Windows XP as the operating system and the realization of.
