摘要:隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展飛躍，網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為我們不可或缺的工具。而在這個激烈競爭的時代更是要把與自己職業(yè)信息給予一體化，以便更有效的為自己服務(wù)。大學(xué)生職業(yè)規(guī)劃網(wǎng)就是為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生所服務(wù)的?？v觀時下很多與之相關(guān)的網(wǎng)站都是以人才、求職、招聘類網(wǎng)站為主，而對職業(yè)規(guī)劃卻不是那么清晰，明了。 職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃誕生以來，不僅僅是幫助個人成長的一種手段，而且逐漸成為有遠(yuǎn)見的組織機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵性的戰(zhàn)略資產(chǎn)。一個人一生職業(yè)成功與否由很多因素決定，但其中起最關(guān)鍵的決定作用的是：是否很明確地知道自己一生最想做的是什么工作？這一方面國外就做得比較好，20世紀(jì)70年代在美國興起了職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育，并成為大學(xué)生在校期間接受教育的一部分。如今職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育已成為美國，英國，加拿大等國家學(xué)校教育和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的重要組成部分。國外大學(xué)生職業(yè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計包括四個時期：大一：收集信息；大二：探索職業(yè)選擇；大三:獲取經(jīng)驗；大四：作出決定；不單是在學(xué)校教育中涉及職業(yè)規(guī)劃，在國外的社會上也有很多機(jī)構(gòu)，如美國CCC/TMG知道咨詢中心。 本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用ASP.NET編程語言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2005為開發(fā)工具，Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng)而實現(xiàn)。通過大學(xué)生職業(yè)規(guī)劃網(wǎng)所提供全面的自我測評，就能夠清晰的認(rèn)識自己，找到自己的職業(yè)定位。這個網(wǎng)站是基于職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃流程來建立的。而在其中的自我評估部分是重點。關(guān)于自我評估部分用了測評的方式詮釋，其中包含職業(yè)情商測評、職業(yè)智商測評、職場素質(zhì)測評、專業(yè)能力測評以及相關(guān)的職業(yè)規(guī)劃建議。這些測評中包含了心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)、邏輯學(xué)，性格分析學(xué)等相關(guān)的內(nèi)容。 本網(wǎng)站可以達(dá)到增進(jìn)大學(xué)生與社會職業(yè)的需求關(guān)系，從自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃中認(rèn)識社會，了解社會,發(fā)展自己。 關(guān)鍵詞：職業(yè)規(guī)劃；職業(yè)測評；職業(yè)向?qū)?；求職秘?/p>
