摘要:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的到來與發(fā)展，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)，移動通訊技術(shù)已經(jīng)深入到人們生活的各個角落，已經(jīng)成為人們生活工作中不可缺少的一部分。 網(wǎng)上營業(yè)廳是虛擬的營業(yè)廳，向各地客戶提供以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為平臺的業(yè)務咨詢和辦理服務，讓用戶可以足不出戶就獲得服務。 在電信運營系統(tǒng)中，電信計費系統(tǒng)是主要的支撐系統(tǒng)，占有重要地位。計費系統(tǒng)有效、安全地運行，在很大程度上影響著電信運營系統(tǒng)本身的運行效率和信譽。計費系統(tǒng)歷來都是電信運營和管理部門重點建設(shè)和發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)之一。 本系統(tǒng)是基于ASP的Web開發(fā)平臺，采用C#語言和SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫的一個簡單的電信網(wǎng)上營業(yè)廳系統(tǒng)。論文從問題的提出、基本設(shè)計思想、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計過程都做出了詳細論述。 【關(guān)鍵字】電信 網(wǎng)上營業(yè)廳 ASP C# SQL Server 2005
Abstract:With the coming of internet age, Internet technology and mobile communication technology have penetrated into every corner of people’s lives, and have become an indispensable part of our lives. A business hall in Internet is a virtual business hall, it provides consultation and transaction of business for the users from place to place, and then users can get service at home instead of going outside. In the operating system in the telecommunications, telecommunications billing system is a major support system which occupies an important position. Billing system effective and safe to run, has a large affect in extent at the operating system in the telecommunications itself and its creditworthiness. Billing System has been the focus of the operation and management of construction and development of systems in the world all the time. This system is a simple system as a business hall of telecommunications in Internet which is based on ASP platform, using C# language and SQL Server 2005 database. 電信網(wǎng)上營業(yè)廳系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要是為電信用戶所使用，它主要滿足一般網(wǎng)上營業(yè)廳的服務需求和向電信用戶提供最新的業(yè)務資費等信息，所以該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)必須符合電信用戶的常規(guī)使用。該系統(tǒng)必須有良好的性能，方便可靠及時的提供最新業(yè)務信息，同時該系統(tǒng)也必須具有一定的安全性能以保障用戶的資料的隱私和賬戶的安全。系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計遵循“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，分布實施”的思想，使整個系統(tǒng)具有先進性、開放性、安全性、經(jīng)濟性、界面友好性、易于擴充和維護性等特點。先進性是目前世界上先進的高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)及計算機系統(tǒng)技術(shù)，確保整個系統(tǒng)在運行若干年后，仍能基本滿足用戶的需要；開放性是整個系統(tǒng)具有一定的權(quán)限開放，使游客級別的瀏覽者也可以看到網(wǎng)站中的部分共享訊息；安全性是要求系統(tǒng)在開放性之外，通過登錄模式保護個人隱私和賬戶安全；經(jīng)濟性要求既考慮系統(tǒng)的先進性，也要考慮系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟性，軟硬件的配置在產(chǎn)出和投入的比例關(guān)系上要恰當；界面友好性是要求系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用人性化的設(shè)計方法，注重人機交互界面的友好性,以便于系統(tǒng)的使用和推廣，比如導航和站點地圖使用戶更好的全面了解網(wǎng)站，日歷和服務熱線的插入更顯人性化；易于擴充和維護性是系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計應留有足夠的擴充空間，以便于將來軟硬件的升級,用戶進行系統(tǒng)維護應方便簡單。
