Abstract:With the development of network technology, network is more and more widely used in people's lives.The flow of talent has become a major social problem, the traditional method of recruitment not only make people feel inconvenient, but also make them lose a lot of opportunities because of the limits of time and space.However, online job hunting and recruitment system,which is not also an improvement on the traditional mode, but also an inevitable trend,provides a convenient, simple, safe and easily managed platform. Online job hunting and recruitment system is based on JSP technology, it chooses SQL Server as its backend database.This thesis describes the design process of job hunting and recruitment system.It first introduces the purpose and meaning of the website construction of college students job hunting and recruitment system.Then it does a comprehensive analysis of the site,It also focuses on the functional design of the website, especially the website processes and its foreground and background design. College students job hunting and recruitment system is a very meaningful website, it basically mees the requirements of an online recruitment platform because of its beautiful interface and being easily to understand. 可行性分析也稱為可行性研究，一般指的是在系統(tǒng)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，針對新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是否具備必要性和可能性，對新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟等相當(dāng)多的方面進行分析和研究，以免投資失誤，來保證新系統(tǒng)的順利開發(fā)。可行性研究的目的是用最小的代價在確定的時間內(nèi)確定問題是否能夠解決，因此該系統(tǒng)的可行性的分析包括以下方面的內(nèi)容。 ?。?）技術(shù)可行性分析 作為數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，JSP是一個非常理想的選擇。數(shù)據(jù)庫是MIS中的重要支持技術(shù)，在MIS開發(fā)過程中，如何選擇數(shù)據(jù)庫管理是一個重要的問題，目前，數(shù)據(jù)庫產(chǎn)品較多，每種產(chǎn)品都具有各自的特點和適用范圍，該開發(fā)工具具有很多長處：可視化編程、面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)化程序設(shè)計語言、事件驅(qū)動編程機制、訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫方便、動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交換(DDE)、對象的鏈接與嵌入(OLE)、動態(tài)鏈接庫(DLL)等等。因此，在選擇數(shù)據(jù)庫時，應(yīng)考慮數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用的特點及適用范圍，本系統(tǒng)選用的數(shù)據(jù)庫語言是JSP語言。 ?。?）經(jīng)濟可行性分析 由于本系統(tǒng)針對的是網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘，只要工作人員合理使用該程序，可以明顯減少就業(yè)管理人員的工作量、提高工作效率，能方便快捷的查詢統(tǒng)計就業(yè)信息，所以當(dāng)系統(tǒng)投入運行后可以為相關(guān)人員節(jié)約大量的人力，物力，所帶來的效益遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于系統(tǒng)軟件的開發(fā)成本。在經(jīng)濟上完全可行。 ?。?）操作可行性分析 界面設(shè)計充分考慮到了管理人員的習(xí)慣，使得操作簡單；數(shù)據(jù)錄入迅速、規(guī)范、可靠；統(tǒng)計準(zhǔn)確；適應(yīng)力強；容易擴充。具有易用性、靈活性、開放性與可視性。
