摘要:假日酒店多為連鎖組織，分布點多，服務項目多，信息量大，各項管理內(nèi)容更加細化，利用網(wǎng)絡和信息技術開發(fā)一個管理系統(tǒng)可以有效提高勞動效率、降低成本，提高服務質(zhì)量和管理水平。課題為正通假日酒店開發(fā)一個管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)了用戶信息管理、房間信息管理、消費管理、預訂、退訂管理以及入住、退房管理等基本功能。 本系統(tǒng)基于J2EE平臺開發(fā)，運用struts2框架技術，采用JSP技術實現(xiàn)動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁，開發(fā)工具為MyEclipse，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server 2005。 關鍵詞 酒店管理系統(tǒng)；J2EE；SQL Server2005
Abstract:Holiday hotels are usually chain organizations, which have a lot of distribution points , many services and the large amount of information , various management content even complicated Using networks and information technology to develop a management system for holiday hotels can effectively improve working efficiency, reduce costs , improve service quality and management .Under this background, it is necessary to develop a management information system for the Zhengtong Holiday Hotel. The topic develops a management and information system for ZhongTong holiday hotel. This system is developed for implementing functions, such as the management of user information, room information, and the consumption, the management of reservation and unsubscribe , and the management of checking in and out, etc. This system is developed based on the J2EE platform, adopting Struts framework and JSP to design dynamic web pages , using MyEclipse as a development tools and SQL Server 2005 as a database system.
