摘要:在新世紀(jì)，建筑給排水將擔(dān)負(fù)新的歷史重任，面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。建筑給排水將更突出以人為本的原則，并將重點調(diào)整到民用建筑與工業(yè)建筑并重，公共建筑與居住建筑并重，冷水供應(yīng)與熱水供應(yīng)并重，走上全面、均衡、務(wù)實、安全的發(fā)展之路。建筑給水排水屬于應(yīng)用工程，是整個建筑設(shè)計中一個相當(dāng)重要的環(huán)節(jié)，也是建筑設(shè)計中必不可少的。 本文主要為高層辦公樓給水排水設(shè)施和消防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。其中，給水系統(tǒng)為分區(qū)供水，高區(qū)采用水箱供水，為上行下給式，中區(qū)采用水泵直接加壓供水，低區(qū)由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水；建筑內(nèi)部生活污水采用分流制排出；室內(nèi)消防設(shè)計按一類高層建筑設(shè)計，自噴采用面積作用法計算，按中危險級設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑；給水；消防；排水；熱水

Building Water is an application works, is a very important part of the whole architectural design, architectural design essential This article mainly shows design water supply and drainage design in a official occupancy building. In this water supply system supplies water to high region and low part ,the high level tank supply system of high region ,submit to higher author it all the high region , municipal water distribution system direct supply low part ;live drainage discharge adopt separate system in a building ，according to the high-riseⅠ type designing the interior fire prevention system; automatic water sprinkler system calculate of area, adopt medium perilous Ⅱ.
