摘要:本次設(shè)計(jì)為大同市給水工程設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括三部分,即取水工程設(shè)計(jì)、給水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)和凈水廠設(shè)計(jì)。該凈水廠處理工藝采用常規(guī)處理,即“混凝——沉淀——過濾——消毒”。 設(shè)計(jì)水廠建于城市的東北角,靠近城市和水源地?;炷ɑ旌虾托跄齼刹糠?。取水工程中采用地表水做水源,根據(jù)水位變化較大,水廠采用固定式取水構(gòu)筑物。由于主流近岸,岸邊有足夠的水深,水質(zhì)地質(zhì)條件較好,所以選擇岸邊式取水構(gòu)筑物。一泵站選取水泵250S24A型單級(jí)雙吸離心泵四臺(tái),三用一備?;炷捎肞AFC,計(jì)量泵投加,選三臺(tái)AHC62計(jì)量泵,設(shè)計(jì)流量為108 L/h,兩用一備,單臺(tái)泵流量為Q=105L/h。溶液池分三個(gè)格,每格容積為13m3,兩用一備交替使用。 溶解池分三格,每格容積為2.6m3,兩用一備交替使用。設(shè)計(jì)尺寸:L×B×H=1.5m×1.5m×1.5m,包括超高0.3m。設(shè)計(jì)尺寸:L×B×H=2.4m×3m×2.1m,包括超高0.3m。絮凝池采用網(wǎng)格絮凝池,分為4組,絮凝池的有效水深3.6m池的總高H為4.4m,單個(gè)有效尺寸為1.39×1.39米。沉淀池采用斜管沉淀池,分2組,尺寸14×30m,為了配水均勻,進(jìn)水區(qū)布置在30長(zhǎng)的一側(cè)。池子總高度H為4.67m,取5m。沉淀池進(jìn)口采用穿孔墻,排泥采用穿孔管,集水系統(tǒng)采用穿孔管。濾池采用V型濾池,為2個(gè)雙格濾池。反沖洗使用氣水反沖洗,反沖洗水泵選擇泵型號(hào)700HQB—50D,選六臺(tái),四用兩備。選擇DG型離心鼓風(fēng)機(jī),選用八臺(tái),六用兩備。消毒使用液氯消毒,濾池有效工作時(shí)間T=24-24×0.2/48=23.9h,濾池高度3.9m。加氯量Q為3.831kg/h。采用加氯機(jī)投氯,本設(shè)計(jì)選用2J型-2轉(zhuǎn)子加氯機(jī)兩臺(tái),交替使用。清水池設(shè)為兩座,每座的容積為1/2W=6500m3,尺寸采用40m×40m×4.5m。二泵站設(shè)計(jì)中,選四臺(tái)350S125型泵,三臺(tái)工作,一臺(tái)備用,為調(diào)節(jié)用水不均勻性,其中一臺(tái)水泵設(shè)置變頻調(diào)速裝置。采用連續(xù)式重力濃縮池,設(shè)計(jì)2座,每個(gè)濃縮池面積335.2m2,濃縮池總高度5.8m。取6m。 本給水工程設(shè)計(jì)能夠緩解大同市用水需求,符合其經(jīng)濟(jì)、工業(yè)水平的不斷發(fā)展要求,也有利于大同市的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 管網(wǎng)平差;取水工程;凈水廠設(shè)計(jì)
