摘要:本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是是XX中學(xué)——綜合樓招標(biāo)文件的編制?；A(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)構(gòu)類型為磚混結(jié)構(gòu)，耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí)，抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度。 合理安排施工順序和施工計(jì)劃，確保施工進(jìn)度，本工程擬定工期為185天。通過(guò)老師的指導(dǎo)和對(duì)教材和有關(guān)參考資料的學(xué)習(xí)，使我掌握了建設(shè)工程施工圖預(yù)算的編制及投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析和工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)的基本方法并學(xué)會(huì)使用電算軟件。 按照畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書要求，我運(yùn)用所學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí)，獨(dú)立完成資料的收集整理，工程量的計(jì)算，定額和清單的套項(xiàng)，掌握了施工圖預(yù)算書的內(nèi)容和編制過(guò)程，此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)鍛煉了我們的創(chuàng)新思維和動(dòng)手能力，提高了我們應(yīng)用專業(yè)知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，對(duì)今后的工作學(xué)習(xí)，都具有十分重要的作用和意義。 關(guān)鍵詞： 工期 施工圖預(yù)算 消耗量定額
