摘要:本設(shè)計是編制重慶巴南某辦公樓室內(nèi)裝飾工程Ⅱ標段投標文件，具體目標是根據(jù)《GB50500-2008建設(shè)工程工程量清單計價規(guī)范》計算工程量，編制工程量清單，并根據(jù)《重慶裝飾計價定額》2008和《重慶市建設(shè)工程安全文明施工措施費用計取及使用管理規(guī)定》“渝建發(fā)[2006]177 號”進行適當?shù)耐稑藞髢r。 本文工程量計算書采用工程量清單計價規(guī)則。本工程總工程造價為5411667.33元，總工期為100天，總建筑面積約為10405.2平方米，單位造價為520.09元/平方米。投標報價考慮了具體實際的相關(guān)技術(shù)措施和指標，部分考慮實際能力。清單報價采用的是自主報價的原則，所以在計算總的造價的時候，不用再單獨去調(diào)整價差。 在此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計編制中，對于清單計價有了一個更深入的了解，清單計價更能體現(xiàn)一個公司本身的技術(shù)水平以及管理模式的優(yōu)劣。對于裝飾類的圖紙，也有了一定了解，裝飾的圖紙主要的就是天地墻，分類少，但是細部的東西很多，下次再看到裝飾類的圖紙，不會再像這次一樣，無從下手了。 關(guān)鍵詞：投標 工程量 清單 定額
