摘要:此次設(shè)計(jì)為十五層商住樓的建筑給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì)，主要由以下四個(gè)系統(tǒng)部分組成。 建筑給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水，一到三層為低區(qū)，由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水；四層到十五層為高區(qū)，采用水泵-水箱聯(lián)合供水。水箱的有效容積為1.44m³，水池的有效容積為13.5m³。 建筑消防系統(tǒng)主要采用室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)，火災(zāi)初期10min消防用水量由樓頂消防水箱供水，消防水箱的有效容積為18m³，消防水箱的水由消防水泵從消防水池抽??；10min后從消防水池抽水供消火栓使用，消防水池設(shè)置在室外，水池的有效容積為288m³。一樓至三樓的電梯前室及走廊設(shè)自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)均采用鋼管。 建筑排水系統(tǒng)：本建筑各層公共衛(wèi)生間采用生活污水和生活廢水合流制排放。由于樓層較高，2~15層共同排水，一層單獨(dú)排水。廚房的廢水、衛(wèi)生間的污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政排水管網(wǎng)，僅設(shè)伸頂通氣立管。排水立管采用消音螺旋排水塑料管，其余采用UPVC塑料排水管。 建筑熱水系統(tǒng)采用閉式機(jī)械循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，熱水的分區(qū)系統(tǒng)同冷水系統(tǒng)；采用集中熱水供應(yīng)，熱源來自市政熱媒管網(wǎng)（0.20MPa），冷水經(jīng)過容積式水加熱器加熱后供向配水管網(wǎng)。熱水管材采用交聯(lián)聚乙烯管。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑給水系統(tǒng)；建筑消防系統(tǒng)；建筑排水系統(tǒng)；建筑熱水系統(tǒng)
Abstract:This design is the construction of 15 floor water supply and drainage design, including the building water supply system,mainly by the following four system parts. Building water supply system using zoning water supply , 1 to 3 floor are low area by the municipal water supply pipe directly; 4 to 15 floor is high areas.The water tank for effective volume 1.44 cubic meters, pool of effective volume for 13.5 cubic meters. Building fire system mainly adopts laboratory fire hydrant system , 10 min fire early fire from the roof water supply fire tank ,the water tank of effective volume for 18 cubic meters; 10 min after the fire started fire pumps, pumping water from a fire hydrant available for use. the water pool of effective volume for 288 cubic meters. The first floor to third floor are shops, 4 floor above the house before the elevator room and a corridor sprinkler systems. Fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system is using steel tube. Building drainage system: toilet uses sewage, wastewater by combined drainage system, kitchen waste water discharge all alone,ground floor drain alone, the kitchen waste water, toilet of sewage treatment by the septic tank back into the municipal drainage pipelines. Only set top ventilation stand pipe.The spiral drainage pipe deadened the plastic pipe. Building hot water system adopts closed mechanical circulation system, a division system of hot water with cold water system; The focus on hot water supply, heat source from the municipal HTM pipeline network (0.20 MPa), cold water after volumetric heat the water heater for water distribution network to after.
