摘要:本畢業(yè)設計為XX學院學生宿舍H棟投標文件。該工程總建筑面積12015平方米,居住戶數(shù)211戶。建筑層數(shù)地上為18層,建筑高度為54.45米。本畢業(yè)設計建筑耐火等級為二級,設計使用年限為50年,抗震設防烈度為6度,建筑工程類別為二類高層,結構形式為剪力墻結構,造價為13072896元。 該投標文件的編制是以XX學院學生宿舍H棟的施工設計圖紙,現(xiàn)行的國家有關規(guī)范、規(guī)程、標準、規(guī)定和當?shù)赜嘘P法規(guī)、條例及規(guī)定為依據(jù)。本次畢業(yè)設計遵循《建筑抗震設計規(guī)范》、《建筑結構荷載規(guī)范》、《建筑樁基設計規(guī)范》等,使用《重慶市建筑工程計價定額(2008)》。 本次畢業(yè)設計中采用了手工算量和電子算量兩種方法,用到了廣聯(lián)達鋼筋抽樣軟件,廣聯(lián)達圖形算量軟件和廣聯(lián)達計價軟件。在設計過程中,遇到了很多的困難。手算階段,在構件做法和鋼筋算法不清楚時,我需要查閱圖集或是向老師同學請教。在軟件算量階段,繪圖中遇到問題,我選擇上網(wǎng)看教學視頻或向他人請教,套定額時,定額錯誤,老師也細心指出并指導我改正。 通過這次畢業(yè)設計,我的手算水平得到較大的提高,對軟件操作也更加熟悉和深入,也接觸到以前沒有遇到過的問題,我獲益匪淺。現(xiàn)在我基本能夠獨立完成一個工程的算量。畢業(yè)設計鍛煉了我尋找方法、解決問題的能力。在以后的工作中,問題會源源不斷的出現(xiàn),學會查閱圖集規(guī)范等資料獨立解決問題是非常必須和必要的。 關鍵詞:投標 編制依據(jù) 工程量
ABSTRACT:The graduation design is Chongqing City Management College Student Dormitory Building H. The total construction area are ??12,015 square meters, 211 households lived.
