摘要:本設(shè)計是編制重慶某通信公司辦公樓室內(nèi)裝修工程Ⅰ標(biāo)段投標(biāo)文件，最終的目標(biāo)是用工程量清單計價的方式來計算，然后投標(biāo)報價。 本設(shè)計工程量計算書采用工程量清單計算規(guī)則。本工程總工程最終投標(biāo)報價為2665089.8元，總工期為120天，總的裝飾面積約3650平方米，單方造價為730.17元/平方米。整個過程是：對招標(biāo)文件的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行仔細(xì)研究，踏勘現(xiàn)場是否符合文件內(nèi)容，然后根據(jù)施工工藝，技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行工程量清單價，最后是總的投標(biāo)報價。 關(guān)鍵詞：投標(biāo) 工程量 清單
