Abstract:The construction organization design is a comprehensive document which is used to guide the construction of the whole project. It provides construction preparation work and coordinates the resources of the construction process. The design includes the following: the design description of the construction organization, the arrangement of the construction schedule, the specific construction plan and so on. A feasible construction organization design is worked out to ensure the duration, quality and safety. It guides the construction, controls costs and ensures the quality of the project. The construction organization is an important preparation before the construction, and it is also an important measure for the construction industry to manage properly. 施工組織是施工前的一項重要準備工作，也是施工企業(yè)實現(xiàn)施工項目科學管理的重要手段。通過施工組織設計的編制可以全面考慮擬建工程的各種具體施工條件，擬定合理的施工方案，確定施工順序，施工方法和勞動組織，合理地安排擬定施工進度計劃。 施工組織設計編制時，應根據(jù)國家有關的技術規(guī)定，并根據(jù)業(yè)主對工程項目的各項要求，結合工程具體條件，確定經(jīng)濟、合理、有效的施工方案和切實可行的施工進度，同時確定合理有效的技術組織措施及科學的施工現(xiàn)場空間布置。為擬建工程的設計方案在經(jīng)濟上的合理性，在技術上的科學性和在實施過程上的可行性進行論證提供依據(jù)，為建設單位編制基本建設計劃和施工企業(yè)編制施工工作計劃及實施施工準備工作計劃提供依據(jù)。 |
