摘要:隨著社會的發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的提高,越來越多的人在使用空調(diào)技術(shù),以營造健康舒適的生活環(huán)境。 本設(shè)計為蘇州安泰廣場地源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,共六層,建筑總面積9500m2,空調(diào)面積約7000m2,全樓冷負(fù)荷為486千瓦,根據(jù)房間功能,全樓采用地源熱泵系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集中供給空調(diào)方式。系統(tǒng)設(shè)為風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),新風(fēng)機(jī)組從室外引入新風(fēng)處理到室內(nèi)空氣焓值,風(fēng)機(jī)盤管承擔(dān)室內(nèi)全部冷負(fù)荷及部分的新風(fēng)濕負(fù)荷。風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)百葉風(fēng)口側(cè)送。水系統(tǒng)采用閉式雙管同程式,冷水泵三臺,兩用一備;冷卻水泵選三臺,兩用一備。在冷負(fù)荷計算的基礎(chǔ)上完成主機(jī)和風(fēng)機(jī)盤管的選型,并通過風(fēng)量、水量的計算確定風(fēng)管路和水管路的規(guī)格,并校核最不利環(huán)路的阻力和壓頭用以確定新風(fēng)機(jī)和水泵。 依據(jù)相關(guān)的空調(diào)設(shè)計手冊所提供的參數(shù),進(jìn)一步完成新風(fēng)機(jī)組、水泵、熱水機(jī)組等的選型,從而將其反應(yīng)在圖紙上,最終完成整個空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng);負(fù)荷;管路設(shè)計;制冷機(jī)組
Abstract:With the development of society and the increasing of living standard, more and more people are using the air-condition technology, which built a healthy and comfort habitation for people. This design is about antai hotel that locates in suzhou. There are 6 floors. The gross floor area is about 9500 m2, and the air conditioner area is about 700 m2. The cold duty is 486 kW .We choose ground sourse heat pump for air-condition of this building. The system adopts the PAU+FCU system. FCU system deals with the fresh air. PAU system carries on the whole cold duty and part wet duty. PAU+FCU systems can send air from the side and the upside; it uses the circular air diffuser to supply air. There are three water-cooling pumps; two can be used when heating. In summer, two of the two is for using and another for preparing; in winter, two for using and one for preparing. The system in washroom can ventilate by itself. The water system is divided into four parts: the first part is the underground room, the second part is the equipment room, the third part is the first and second floor, the fourth part is the standard floors that is the third floor and above.
