摘 要：本設(shè)計是結(jié)合青島地區(qū)的自然條件和建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)的實際情況，對青島金葉酒店進行就用房空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及防排煙系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，其目的是通過這次酒店的空調(diào)和防排煙系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，來了解空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和防排煙系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計流程和具體的方法，進而鞏固近四年所學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)知識。首先，查閱設(shè)計地點的地理資料得到相應(yīng)的氣象條件，根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐木唧w條件和維護結(jié)構(gòu)計算夏季整個系統(tǒng)的冷負荷?？紤]經(jīng)濟因素，采用風(fēng)機盤管加新風(fēng)的空氣—水處理系統(tǒng)。確定空調(diào)系統(tǒng)形式以后，進行平面布置和水力計算后選擇水管和風(fēng)管。然后進行冷源選擇，技術(shù)比較后確定所用機組設(shè)備方案。然后進行平面布置，選擇附屬設(shè)備，作系統(tǒng)原理圖。防排煙系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，根據(jù)建筑物實際，嚴格按照防火、防排煙規(guī)范，確定防、排煙系統(tǒng)形式，進行平面和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計?？照{(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中還要有保溫與防腐設(shè)計、隔聲與防震設(shè)計等。 關(guān)鍵詞：冷熱負荷；水力計算；防排煙；保溫和防腐
Abstract：This design combines the natural condition of QING DAO region and the actual situation of the building structures, The content of this design is the air-conditioning, ventilation, smoke control works of the hotel. Its purpose is to pass the hotel air—conditioning and smoke control system design , to understand the air conditioning system and smoke control system design process and specific method，then consolidate nearly four years learning professional knowledge.
