摘要:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，農(nóng)村地區(qū)信息化水平逐漸提高，信息化的發(fā)展程度直接影響著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。近幾年來，江蘇省不斷加快農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，改善農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)環(huán)境，促進農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，完善農(nóng)村信息化建設(shè)。農(nóng)村信息化的建設(shè)為解決“三農(nóng)"問題提供了保障，為促進新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 為實現(xiàn)江蘇省農(nóng)村信息化更好更快地發(fā)展，尋求適合我省農(nóng)村信息化的發(fā)展途徑，在對江蘇省農(nóng)村信息化現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了農(nóng)村信息化評價指標(biāo)體系，根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系搜集江蘇省農(nóng)村各類基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及信息化數(shù)據(jù)，對搜集的數(shù)據(jù)進行篩選、統(tǒng)計、組織，然后利用K-means方法對整理的數(shù)據(jù)進行聚類分析，以信息化指標(biāo)為依據(jù)將江蘇省農(nóng)村地區(qū)聚類為三個信息化區(qū)域。利用SAP Xcelsius Engage軟件制作三個區(qū)域的動態(tài)分析報表，通過多維靈敏度分析挖掘出影響江蘇農(nóng)村信息化發(fā)展的主要制約因素，據(jù)此提出適合各個區(qū)域農(nóng)村信息化發(fā)展的具體對策，為江蘇省探索和完善農(nóng)村信息化建設(shè)提供思路。 關(guān)鍵詞：農(nóng)村信息化；信息化指標(biāo)；聚類分析；信息化制約因素
Abstract:With the development of information technology, the level of rural informatization is ascending, the rural informatization directly affects the development of rural economy. In recent years, the rural economy of Jiangsu province is continuously perfected, the rural production environment is continuously beening improved, rural modernization is beening promoted, the rural informatization construction is beening improved. The construction of rural informatization provides security for solving the "three rural" problems, lays the foundation for promoting the construction and development of new countryside. In order to develop rural informatization of Jiangsu province better and faster, search the best way to develop the rural informatization of Jiangsu province. It established the evaluation index system of the rural informationization, according to the index system ,it collected various data including rural basic data and information data. It screenes organizes and statistics the collected data, it cluster the data with using the K-means method. It based on the information index clustering the rural areas of Jiangsu province into three regional information-based. Using SAP Xcelsius Engage software made three regional dynamic analysis report. Through the multi-dimensional sensitivity analysis finds out the main factors which constraining the development of rural informatization in Jiangsu Though analysing the problems of rural informatization construction,it puts forward the counter measures for developing rural informatization of Jiangsu Province, which provides help for exploring and improving the rural informatization construction of Jiangsu Province.
