摘 要：本文探討了云計算在教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。首先，通過對云計算方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究，簡要介紹了云計算，確定了通過使用在線CRM 系統(tǒng)的方法將云計算與教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合，在眾多基于SaaS 的CRM中選擇了最適合教務(wù)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的平臺微軟CRM，并說明選擇原因。 然后，根據(jù)目前教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，找出有待改進(jìn)的方面，闡述通過云計算將會有何不同效果。針對教務(wù)系統(tǒng)中某個特殊方面進(jìn)行深入的探討研究，結(jié)合需求分析及工作流程，嘗試基于微軟CRM實現(xiàn)幾個只能由云計算完成的功能，以實際操作為依據(jù)，展示部分功能的實現(xiàn)，效果充分體現(xiàn)云計算應(yīng)用于教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的特點和優(yōu)勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上，最終將云計算在教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用探討理論的結(jié)果得以升華。 關(guān)鍵詞： 教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng) 云計算 微軟CRM
Abstract:This article discusses cloud computing in the educational management system. First, cloud computing literature, a brief introduction to cloud computing to determine the combining cloud computing and educational management system by using the online CRM system, select the most suitable academic system in a number of SaaS-based CRM development platform for Microsoft CRM, and select a reason. Then, according to the status of the educational management system, identify areas for improvement on what will be different effects via cloud computing. Investigative studies for the academic system in a special in-depth, combined with the needs analysis and work flow, try to complete the function of several cloud computing based on Microsoft CRM, the basis of actual operation, showing part of the function, the effect fully embodies the characteristics and advantages of cloud computing used in educational administration system. On this basis, the final results of cloud computing in the educational management system, application of the theory to sublimate.
