摘要 :將經(jīng)過(guò)表面改性的納米銻摻雜二氧化錫(簡(jiǎn)稱ATO)借助超聲波均勻的分散到聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中,以鹽酸為催化劑,與正丁醛縮合,制備了聚乙烯醇縮丁醛(PVB)/納米ATO復(fù)合材料,研究了ATO用量、BA/PVA質(zhì)量配比、濃鹽酸和表面活性劑用量對(duì)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能和隔熱性能的影響,通過(guò)FTIR、透射電鏡等測(cè)試方法對(duì)復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了分析與表征。結(jié)果表明:在合成PVB的過(guò)程中,引入ATO納米粒子可使復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能明顯提高,且PVB/ATO復(fù)合材料薄膜的隔熱性能良好。根據(jù)反應(yīng)條件對(duì)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響,得出制備該復(fù)合材料的最佳條件為:ATO用量為PVA的2.5%-3%,BA/PVA質(zhì)量配比為0.6,濃鹽酸用量為反應(yīng)體系的0.9%,表面活性劑用量為反應(yīng)體系的1%;當(dāng)ATO用量為2.5% 時(shí)PVB/納米ATO復(fù)合材料薄膜的隔熱和透光性能良好。 關(guān)鍵詞 :聚乙烯醇;納米ATO;聚乙烯醇縮丁醛;復(fù)合材料;制備;隔熱
Abstract :Using strong hydrochloric acid as catalyst, polyvinyl butyral (PVB)/ nano-ATO composite materials were prepared by butylaldehyde condensating with the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution into which ATO treated in surface was added, and dispersed evenly by ultrasonic wave. The influence that quality of the ATO content, BA/PVA ratio, catalyst strong hydrochloric acid and surfactant content on the mechanical properties of composite materials were studied. The Composite materials were analyzed and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and FTIR. The results show that the mechanical properties and insulation performance of composite materials were improved by adding nano--ATO before synthesize PVB. The optimal conditions of preparing the PVB/nano-ATO composites was that the mass ratio ATO/PVA was 2.5%-3%, BA/PVA mass ratio was 0.6, the hydrochloric acid content 0.9%, the surfactant content 2% based on reaction system. When the amount of ATO was 2.5% of PVA, the thermal properties and light transmission of PVB/nano-ATO composite films will be good.
