摘要:本課題主要研究含異氰脲酸酯環(huán)增塑劑的制備及其對(duì)聚氯乙烯(PVC)的增塑性能。以三羥乙基異氰脲酸酯(THEIC)和異辛酸、丙酸為原料,濃H2SO4為催化劑,二甲苯為共沸劑成功制備THEIC-三異辛酸酯。通過(guò)核磁共振(1H NMR)測(cè)試將制得的增塑劑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,THEIC-三異辛酸酯和THEIC-三丙酸酯的實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)與理論結(jié)構(gòu)相符。將THEIC-三異辛酸酯與THEIC-三丙酸酯對(duì)聚氯乙烯(PVC)進(jìn)行增塑改性對(duì)比,研究了增塑PVC的力學(xué)性能,塑化性能,流變性能。研究結(jié)果表明,THEIC-三丙酸酯較適合作為PVC的增塑劑,而THEIC-三異辛酸酯與PVC的相容性太差,不能有效增塑PVC。THEIC-三丙酸酯增塑的聚氯乙烯(PVC)在增塑劑含量為50%時(shí),力學(xué)性能,塑化性能,流變性能最好。 關(guān)鍵詞:三羥乙基異氰脲酸酯;增塑劑;聚氯乙烯;塑化性能;力學(xué)性能
Abstract:This paper mainly research the preparation of plasticizers containing isocyanurate ring and the property of plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Plasticizer was prepared using Tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate (THEIC) 2-Ethylcapronic acid and propionie acid as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as a catalyst and xylene as entrainer. The structure of the plasticizers was analysised by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The results showed that the structure of tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris-ethylhexanoate and tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris- propionate is consistent with the theoretical structure. Tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris-ethylhexanoate was compared with tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris- propionate for plasticized modified PVC by mechanical properties, plasticizing properties, rheological properties. The results showed that tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris- propionate is more suitable as a plasticizer of PVC, and the compatibility of tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris-ethylhexanoate is too bad for PVC,it can not be effectively plasticized PVC. When tris(2-hydroxyl ethyl) isocyanurate tris- propionate content is 50%, the mechanical properties, plasticizing properties and rheological properties were the best.
