摘要:本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種無(wú)線遙控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由無(wú)線接收系統(tǒng)和顯示系統(tǒng)兩部分組成。無(wú)線接收系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遙控器信號(hào)的接收;顯示系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遙控器信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)顯示。該系統(tǒng)基于STC10F12XE單片機(jī),由nRF905無(wú)線模塊完成遙控器信號(hào)的接收,電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊用于驅(qū)動(dòng)小車輪子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),LCD12864液晶模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控器信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)顯示。本論文給出了硬件和軟件的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。 關(guān)鍵詞: 無(wú)線遙控;單片機(jī);nRF905;電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng);LCD12864
Abstract: This paper presents a wireless remote control system, which by the wireless receiver and display system composed of two parts. Wireless receiver system is mainly to achieve the remote control signal reception; display system is mainly on the remote control signals to achieve real-time display. The system is based STC10F12XE single-chip microcomputer, wireless modules nRF905 completed by the remote control signal receiver, the motor driver module used to drive the car wheels turning, LCD module displays real-time remote control signal. 隨著無(wú)線遙控技術(shù)的發(fā)展,特別是采用了先進(jìn)的數(shù)字處理技術(shù)之后,工業(yè)無(wú)線遙控系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)用范圍更為廣泛,安全性能也得到日益完善。無(wú)論在農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、載重運(yùn)輸行業(yè)或者工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,無(wú)線遙控技術(shù)的運(yùn)用在滿足各項(xiàng)工作、各類要求時(shí),能夠更加靈活、安全并且經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的完成。由于無(wú)線遙控在可控性、可靠性、體積小、重量輕、節(jié)能、效率高和耐受環(huán)境等方面具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),故在當(dāng)今國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,如玩具,醫(yī)療器械、軍事、化工以及家用電器等方面的應(yīng)用日益普及。本設(shè)計(jì)采用了單片機(jī),用單片機(jī)進(jìn)行對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)的控制。當(dāng)需要進(jìn)行復(fù)雜而精細(xì)的信息處理時(shí),僅僅采用硬件所構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)往往相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,而采用單片機(jī)控制卻十分簡(jiǎn)單。本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合無(wú)線遙控,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)單片機(jī)對(duì)直流電機(jī)的控制來(lái)增強(qiáng)對(duì)單片機(jī)和直流電機(jī)的掌握學(xué)習(xí)。
