摘 要:太陽能控制器以AT89S51單片機(jī)為監(jiān)測控制核心，采用溫度傳感器、水位傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度和水位兩種參數(shù)的實(shí)時顯示，利用水位傳感器、報警、給排水電路實(shí)現(xiàn)缺水報警、自動上水和管道排空的功能，并實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)控制。 熱水器智能控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)不僅是顯示蓄水箱里水的水位和溫度，而且具有當(dāng)水位低于最低水位時系統(tǒng)會報警并自動給蓄水箱上水。當(dāng)水位達(dá)到最高水位時系統(tǒng)會自動停止上水，冬季寒冷天氣可以使管道排空防止管道損壞等特點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 太陽能熱水器； 溫度傳感器； 水位傳感器； 單片機(jī)
Abstract： The solar water heater controller based on AT89S51 monitoring control of the core, with the temperature sensor, water level sensor temperature and water level of two parameters by using water level sensor, real-time display, alarm, water supply and drainage circuit alarm, automatic water supply and pipeline emptying function, and the realization of the corresponding control. The water heater characteristics of intelligent control system is not only displayed in the water storage tank water level and temperature, but also when the water level below the lowest water level when the system will alarm and automatic water storage tank of water .when the water level reached the highest level , the system will automatically stop supplying water, cold winter weather can make the pipeline emptying pipe to prevent damage and so on. 本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)的太陽能控制器以AT89S51單片機(jī)為監(jiān)測控制核心，采用溫度傳感器、水位檢測電路實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度和水位兩種參數(shù)的實(shí)時顯示，利用水位傳感器、系統(tǒng)控制、給排水電路實(shí)現(xiàn)缺水報警、自動上水和管道排空的功能，并實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)控制。使用到的各器件的具體用法將在下文一一說明。 功能上：按下系統(tǒng)啟動開關(guān)，對水溫和水位進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，數(shù)碼管顯示當(dāng)前水溫和水位，如果是最低水位，即0水位的時候，系統(tǒng)發(fā)出缺水警報，并自動上水，水位慢慢上升，當(dāng)水位達(dá)到最高水位，即4水位時，斷開給水開關(guān)，此時蓄水箱已滿；需要排水時按下排水開關(guān)排水，水位慢慢下降，當(dāng)降到最低水位，即0水位時，斷開排水開關(guān)。 |
