摘要:自從1987年Yablonovitch和John開創(chuàng)性地提出光子晶體這一新概念以來,光子晶體的結(jié)構(gòu)、制備和量子電動(dòng)力學(xué)特性研究開始備受人們關(guān)注并得到廣泛的研究。而光子晶體最顯著的特點(diǎn)就是對(duì)某些頻率的電磁波的抑制作用,產(chǎn)生出光子禁帶。這一特性最直接的應(yīng)用便是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)光子的極優(yōu)良的濾波性能。本文主要利用時(shí)域有限差分方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)六通道的光子晶體濾波器,并研究了這一濾波器的性質(zhì)。 關(guān)鍵詞:光子晶體; 時(shí)域差分有限方法; 多通道濾波器
Abstract:In 1987 Yablonovitch and John proposed a new concept of photonic crystal. Since then, the structure, fabrication and quantum electrodynamics of photonic crystal have attracted much attention and been studied extensively. The most remarkable property of photonic crystal is the inhibition of certain frequencies of electromagnetic waves and the formation of forbidden band of photons. This most direct application of the characteristic is the realization optical filters of great performance. This paper mainly designs a six channel photonic crystal filter, and studies its properties using finite-difference time-domain method.
