摘 要：本文利用端羥基聚二甲基硅氧烷的室溫硫化特性，通過補強、增塑、增量以及選用合適的硫化體系制備一種可以在室溫下硫化成彈性體，并對基層具備一定附著力以及具備防水功能的有機硅類涂料。我們用50000cps的端羥基聚二甲基硅氧烷、350cps的二甲基硅油、HMDZ用量為20%時處理過的白炭黑以及硅微粉，以100:90:40:60的比例，制作了硅橡膠防水涂料組分A，測試時添加0.5%的粘接促進劑與組分B混合。多項指標均達到和超過聚氨酯防水涂料國家標準的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞：端羥基聚二甲基硅氧烷；室溫硫化；防水；有機硅類涂料。
Abstract：The use of hydroxyl poly two of room temperature vulcanization characteristics was, through the reinforcement, increase the plastic, incremental and suitable vulcanization system preparation a can in room temperature vulcanization into elastomer, and of the basic level have adhesion and have waterproof function of organic silicon kind of coating. We use the 50000 CPS Hydroxy terminated poly (dimethylsiloxane),the 350 CPS dimethyl silicone , HMDZ dosage for 20% when treated carbon black and silica powder white, with a 100:90:40:60 the ratio, made a silicone rubber waterproofing paint components A, test by adding 0.5% to promote bonding agent and component B mix. Many indexes meet and exceed polyurethane waterproof coating of the national standard.
