摘 要:本試驗以三七、茯苓、木香為材料,研究其中氨基甲酸酯農(nóng)藥(克百威、抗蚜威)殘留量的高效液相色譜測定方法。農(nóng)藥殘留物用丙酮為提取溶劑,弗羅里硅土柱凈化,甲醇—二氯甲烷(體積比1:9)為洗脫劑經(jīng)柱層析凈化后,濃縮至干以甲醇為溶劑定容,用可變波長紫外檢測器檢測,高效液相色譜在其最佳波長條件下進行測定。2種農(nóng)藥在20分鐘內(nèi)獲得良好的分離,該方法靈敏度高且易操作。 關(guān)鍵詞: 三七;茯苓;木香;氨基甲酸酯;高效液相色譜法;殘留量;測定
ABSTRACT:The experiment uses Panax Notginseng, Poria cocos, Saussurea lappa as materials, including esters carbamate pesticide (grams Ya wei), resistance to bud light to detect the high performance liquid chromatographic method. Pesticide residues in acetone for extraction solvent, Florida, methanol silicon soil column purification -dichoromethane (1:9 v/v) than by the column chromatography after purification, to concentrate on methanol as solvent dry the capacity, with variable wavelength ultraviolet detector test, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in its best wavelength conditions were determined. The two pesticides could be well separated within 20 minutes. The method is highly sensitive and easy in operation.
