摘 要:有機氯農(nóng)藥是一類全球性環(huán)境污染物,對人和牲畜具有致癌、致畸、致突變等作用。有機氯農(nóng)藥由于其半衰期較長，降解慢，在環(huán)境中的殘留量比較高，嚴(yán)重地影響了我國中藥材的質(zhì)量和出口。本研究以云南地道中藥材云黃連為原料，研究中藥材中有機氯—滴滴涕農(nóng)藥殘留的提取方法，以期得到中藥材中有機氯—滴滴涕農(nóng)藥的高效、簡便、快速、重復(fù)性好的提取方法，為進一步研究地道中藥材中有機氯—滴滴涕農(nóng)藥殘留提供前期研究基礎(chǔ)。 有機氯—滴滴涕的提取和檢測是用科學(xué)的方法從中藥材中提取出有機氯—滴滴涕及檢測出有機氯—滴滴涕在中藥材中的含量的過程。本畢業(yè)論文采用超聲提取、氣相色譜檢測法對云黃連中有機氯—滴滴涕含量的提取與測定，驗證云黃連中有機氯—滴滴涕的殘留量以及此提取法能否較好的從云黃連中提取出有機氯—滴滴涕。通過本實驗可以得出，在超聲提取DDT中，最佳的一組條件是，料液比為1:10，超聲功率為40KHz，95%，超聲時間為25min，超聲的次數(shù)為2次。 關(guān)鍵詞：云黃連；有機氯—滴滴涕；超聲提取
ABSTRACT:The organic chlorine pesticide is a global pollutant which could cause diseases as cancer, deformity and mutation. And due to its long halflife, slow degradation and high residue rate, the organic chlorine pesticide has strongly influenced the quality and the export of Chinese crude medicines. This research paper uses Yunnan local medicine Coptis Teeta Wall. as raw material, researching the extraction means of organic chlorine residue DDT in Chinese crude medicine, aims at finding a way that is efficient, handy, fast and good-repeatability, thus to lay a foundation to the further research of the filed. The extraction and analyze of the organic chlorine DDT is a process of using scientific method to extract and analyze the percentage in Chinese crude medicine. This research paper uses Ultrasonic Extraction, Gas Chromatography as methods to extract and analyze the percentage of the organic chlorine DDT in the Coptis Teeta Wall. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the residue of organic chlorine DDT and to prove the means used in the paper is efficient in the extraction. Through the experiment can be concluded that the ultrasonic extraction DDT, in a set of conditions is the best material liquid,ultrasonic power than for for 40 KHz, 95%, ultrasonic time for 25 min, the number of ultrasound for 2 times.
