摘要:隨著中藥云黃連用途推廣及出口貿(mào)易進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品的農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題日趨突出。設(shè)計(jì)一種有效的農(nóng)藥殘留測(cè)定方法顯得尤為重要。 本論文采用配有FPD 檢測(cè)器的氣相色譜儀測(cè)定云黃連中甲胺磷農(nóng)藥殘留量。通過(guò)對(duì)樣品的前期處理?xiàng)l件進(jìn)行了探討得到提取凈化的方法: 樣品用乙酸乙酯提取,超聲波提取20min,過(guò)硅膠柱凈化, 同時(shí)用丙酮洗脫。結(jié)論:本方法對(duì)甲胺磷殘留檢測(cè)有一定的回收率,且方法重現(xiàn)性好,符合實(shí)際工作需要。 關(guān)鍵詞:黃連;甲胺磷;農(nóng)殘;超聲波—氣相色譜
ABSTRACT:With the promotion of rhizoma coptidis USES TCM clouds and export trade further expand product pesticide residue problem becomes increasingly prominent. Design an effective pesticide residues determination method is very meaningful. This paper adopts equipped with FPD detector gas chromatograph determination of rhizoma coptidis methamidophos pesticide residues cloud. Through the pretreatment of the sample was discussed, and the results show that: the sample used ethyl acetate extract, silica column purification, at the same time use the acetone elution and can effectively in recovery in determination experiment methamidophos pesticide residues coptis, and reproducibility is, recovery is good, accords with the actual working needs. For the application of Chinese trade and coptis provide a safe, effective and rapid methamidophos residue analysis.
