摘 要:銦是一種用途廣泛的金屬，從鉛煙塵中提煉銦是生產(chǎn)銦的重要途徑。鉛煙塵用硫酸浸出，浸出液采用三級萃取，萃取劑為30%-P204-煤油，負載有機相用1mol/L H2SO4,四級反萃銦，反萃銦后的有機相用6mol/L HCl,三級反萃Fe，為防止有機相中夾帶Cl-,在有機相的循環(huán)過程中至使浸出液中Cl-富集，影響萃取率，反萃鐵后的有機相用一級洗滌后返回萃取。反萃銦后的反萃液用鋅板置換即可得海綿銦。根據(jù)已知數(shù)據(jù)進行物料平衡計算，由工藝流程圖選擇和確定車間設(shè)備，確定主要設(shè)備的尺寸，并對關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進行設(shè)計。 本設(shè)計主要是通過對提煉粗銦車間中的萃取設(shè)備的設(shè)計，從而提高銦提取過程的生產(chǎn)效率，從而達到經(jīng)濟、高效、可靠和易操作的生產(chǎn)要求。最后根據(jù)工藝流程圖畫出詳細的車間平面圖及設(shè)備連接圖，在此基礎(chǔ)進行設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞：銦；車間；設(shè)計
