摘 要:本文用原子熒光光譜法測定三七中砷和汞的含量。研究了載流的鹽酸濃度、硼氫化鉀濃度及儀器工作條件等對測定影響的因素,建立了原子熒光光譜法測定三七中砷、汞的最佳工作條件。同時,用HNO3-H2O2體系高壓消解三七試樣,在確定的最佳工作條件下測定了三七中砷、汞的含量。實驗結(jié)果表明,砷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液濃度在0~10ug/L范圍內(nèi),用5%鹽酸載流液和2%濃度的硼氫化鉀在290V負(fù)高壓條件下測定所得熒光強度線性關(guān)系最好,回歸方程為:A= 108.922C + 11.099 r=0.9999,測得三七樣品中砷的平均含量為0.4288mg/kg,低于國家食品限量(以總砷計)≤0.7mg/kg[1],方法的檢出限為0.00571ug/L, RSD為0.39%,回收率試驗所得結(jié)果為:90.2%~103.5%,平均回收率為96.3%;汞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液濃度在0~2ug/L范圍內(nèi),用5%鹽酸載流液和2%濃度的硼氫化鉀在270V負(fù)高壓條件下測定所得熒光強度線性關(guān)系最好,回歸方程為:A=1882.257C +108.357 r=0.9988,測得三七樣品中汞的平均含量為0.0208mg/kg,稍高于國家食品限量(以總汞計)≤0.02mg/kg[2],方法的檢出限為0.000522ug/L,RSD為0.08%,回收率試驗所得結(jié)果為82.8%~104.8%,平均回收率為90.7%。 關(guān)鍵詞:原子熒光光譜法;三七;砷;汞
ABSTRACT:In this paper, useing atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of content arsenic and mercury in notoginseng. Study of the current-carrying hydrochloric acid concentration, borohydride potassium concentration and working conditions of the instrument on the determination is affected, established atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination notoginseng of the arsenic and mercury in best working conditions. Meanwhile, HNO3 - H2O2 system with high resolution notoginseng specimens, In determining the best working conditions of the determination the content of arsenic and mercury in notoginseng.
