摘要:以相似模型實(shí)驗(yàn)理論為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)昆鋼125 t復(fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐,采用1:10水力學(xué)模型,研究了氧槍槍位、頂吹氣流量和底吹流量對(duì)熔池混勻時(shí)間和噴濺量的影響。結(jié)果表明,使用槍位高度在17cm~21cm;底吹氣體流量在0.75 m3/h ~1.25 m3/h;頂吹氣流量在24 m3/h ~28 m3/h的范圍內(nèi),混勻時(shí)間較短,且噴濺量較小,很穩(wěn)定,在一個(gè)很小的范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)。當(dāng)?shù)状禋怏w流量為1.0 m3/h,槍位高度為19cm,頂吹氣流量為28 m3/h時(shí)熔池的攪拌混勻效果最佳,噴濺量最少。 關(guān)鍵詞:頂?shù)讖?fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐;水力學(xué)模型;頂?shù)讖?fù)合吹煉;混勻時(shí)間
