摘要:本文介紹了油嫩甜菜心的一些特性和研究現(xiàn)狀、半導(dǎo)體綠激光特性、激光育種及半導(dǎo)體綠激光輻照油嫩甜菜心種子的探究方法和探究過(guò)程。用半導(dǎo)體綠激光照射蒙自地區(qū)種植的油嫩甜菜心種子，通過(guò)控制激光輻照的時(shí)間，觀測(cè)種子的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)、利用4802S雙光束紫外/VIS分光光度計(jì)進(jìn)行光譜掃描、葉綠素含量測(cè)定、測(cè)定綠葉的維生素含量以及分析油嫩甜菜心的植株高度，比較、分析綠激光輻照后的種子各種性狀的不同，以期找到促進(jìn)生長(zhǎng)和品質(zhì)改善的最佳綠激光輻照劑量，以達(dá)到增產(chǎn)提質(zhì)的目的。 關(guān)鍵詞：油嫩甜菜心種子；半導(dǎo)體綠激光；紫外光譜；葉綠素；維生素C
ABSTRACT:This paper introduces some heart of cabbage plants characteristics and research status, semiconductor green laser characteristics, laser breeding and semiconductor green laser irradiation heart of cabbage plants exploring ways and inquiry.
