摘要:銦主要是從鉛鋅冶煉的副產(chǎn)品中提取。60年代,人們就用溶劑萃取法分離和提純銦。生產(chǎn)采用浸出-萃取回收工序,但總回收率不高。因此,要提高銦總回收率,除對浸出工藝進行改進外,從萃取工藝上尋找更好的箱式水平萃取條件,提高銦的萃取率,是提高總回收率的途徑之一。 在設計中,老師給定了條件,選擇對萃取相的改進,作了物料平衡,水系平衡,萃取箱的設計與計算,以及設備的選擇根據(jù)實際需要及可能性,對車間做了布置,取其優(yōu)點。盡量采用先進設備、結構、材料及新工藝。做到技術上先進,經(jīng)濟上合理,又減少環(huán)境污染。 關鍵詞:銦;車間;設計
