摘要:在穩(wěn)態(tài)法的前提下,TC-3B導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)儀采用開(kāi)啟風(fēng)扇和不開(kāi)啟風(fēng)扇兩種方法,DR-II導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)儀采用電壓調(diào)為200V使加熱盤(pán)溫度達(dá)到80℃再把電壓調(diào)為100V,電壓調(diào)為100V,電壓調(diào)為150V三種方法,對(duì)各種材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,通過(guò)對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果以及達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài)所用時(shí)間的比較分析得出在測(cè)量方面哪種方法好以及哪套儀器好的結(jié)論以及儀器需要改進(jìn)的地方。 關(guān)鍵詞:穩(wěn)態(tài)法;導(dǎo)熱系數(shù);測(cè)量
Abstract:With the premise of steady-state method, there are two kinds of methods to utilize the TC-3B thermal conductivity meter. They are the use of the meter with its ventilator open and the use of the meter without its ventilator open. The DR-II thermal conductivity meter works to heat the platen to 80℃ with the voltage of 200V, then switch the voltage to 100V, then to 100V, and then to 150V. The present study will measure the coefficient of heat conductivity of several different kinds of materials. Through the analysis and discussions of the data and founding, as well as the time period of becoming steady state from measuring, the author will make a conclusion about the better meter and the better measuring method. Some suggestions are also offered to improve the measurement with thermal conductivity meter in steady-state method. Keywords: Steady-state method; Coefficient of heat conductivity; Measurement |
