摘要:本文以錳酸鹽作為電化學(xué)電容器的電極材料,系統(tǒng)研究不同的燃燒時(shí)間,錳氧化物的電化學(xué)性能為工作目的,多種現(xiàn)代物理測(cè)試手段和電化學(xué)研究方法研究了材料制備、電容特性及其影響因素、電容形成機(jī)理。恒流充放電、循環(huán)伏安等實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示了由錳氧化物組裝的電容器具有較好的電化學(xué)性能。 利用液相燃燒法用相應(yīng)試劑制備出產(chǎn)物,并測(cè)其電化學(xué)性能,用醋酸和硝酸為原料,首先材料合成用()2 + (3)2 =1:1混合,再加10ml(約占總體積的20%)水配制成錳液,然后將配制好的錳液取適量溶液在坩堝中,按照不同的條件要求,將坩堝放入馬弗爐中加熱(固定溫度400℃),記錄加熱過(guò)程中所發(fā)生的變化,時(shí)間分別為10min、30min、1h、3h和6h,在焙燒完成以后,取出所得到的產(chǎn)物(、、)等表征產(chǎn)物的電化學(xué)性能 ,最后在電池測(cè)試系統(tǒng)上測(cè)其電性能,并分析電性能。 系統(tǒng)研究了錳氧化物電化學(xué)電容器組的組裝方式對(duì)其電化學(xué)性能的影響。 關(guān)鍵詞:電化學(xué)電容器;電極材料;錳氧化物
Abstract:In this paper, permanganate as electrode materials for electrochemical capacitors, the burning time of different systems, the electrochemical properties of manganese oxide as the working end, a variety of modern methods of physical tests and electrochemical methods of material preparation, characteristics and capacitance its impact factor, capacitor formation mechanism.
