摘要:以海綿為模板,硝酸錳與醋酸錳按摩爾質(zhì)量1:1混合加蒸餾水配置錳液,采用模板法制備了多孔錳氧化物,研究不同焙燒溫度對樣品電性能的影響。將所得樣品制成扣式電容器電極材料,并裝配成扣式電容器在LAND電池測試系統(tǒng)上測試其電性能。數(shù)據(jù)分析表明在不同溫度(200~800℃)下焙燒,得到的活性物質(zhì),充放電性能也不一樣。焙燒溫度較低時(200~600℃),升高溫度對樣品性能影響比較大, 焙燒溫度較高時(600~800℃), 升高溫度對樣品性能影響比較小。但是升高溫度對活性物質(zhì)的充放電循環(huán)性能影響是隨溫度的升高循環(huán)曲線平臺寬度增大,瞬間放電現(xiàn)象也隨溫度的升高而更加突出。電性能測試結(jié)果表明,相比之下,200℃30min -600℃90min條件下制備得到的多孔錳氧化物電性能最良好,循環(huán)性能較好,放電比容量也較高,達到0.93186mAh/g。 關(guān)鍵詞:模板法; 多孔錳氧化物;電容器;比容量

But on the rise of temperature on the activity material charging and discharge performance is the circulation of the temperature increases the width of the platform, a discharge phenomena as the temperature grows and more prominent. Performance test results indicate that, in contrast, 200 ℃ 30min -600 ℃ 90min conditions for the preparation of the porous manganese oxides the good performance and capacity to discharge the highest, more than 0. 93186 mAh /g.
