摘要:本文選擇以玉米桿為模板制備多孔的錳氧化物,將玉米桿在烤箱里烘干后研磨,用Mn(NO3)2和MnAc2和10ml水配備錳液,并將其浸泡玉米桿24h,用相同的方法制備四個(gè)樣品,然后都將其放在坩堝里再在馬弗爐里焙燒,溫度都調(diào)至200℃燃燒30min,再分別轉(zhuǎn)移到200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃的馬弗爐里焙燒90min,分別取出樣品,進(jìn)行編號(hào),將樣品在NMP、N一甲基毗咯烷,PVDF 、聚偏氟乙烯,碳黑下進(jìn)行研磨,磨的時(shí)間15-20min,然后在銅箔上制做膜片,再把膜片放在干燥箱中干燥,用三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行切片,把極片切成10個(gè)孔徑為16mm的小圓片裝于小袋中。配置0.5摩爾每升的硫酸鉀溶液浸泡隔離膜和膜片,裝電容器;利用玉米稈作為模板,制備多孔錳氧化物,并將其作為電極材料做電性能的研究,將模板法延伸到利用生活中的基本植物作為模板,已達(dá)到對(duì)資源合理利用。從實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析可得如下結(jié)論: (1)圖表對(duì)比結(jié)果表明各曲線相對(duì)較平穩(wěn),沒有太大的起伏波動(dòng),說明電性能循環(huán)較穩(wěn)定。隨焙燒溫度的升高衰減率逐漸下降,當(dāng)樣品在200oC的馬弗爐里焙燒30min然后再轉(zhuǎn)移到400oC的馬弗爐里焙燒90min的條件下,曲線最為平穩(wěn),衰減率最為理想,循環(huán)性能較好; (2)綜合分析可知道,溫度對(duì)充放電性能的影響較小,而樣品焙燒在200oC的馬弗爐里焙燒30min然后再轉(zhuǎn)移到600 oC的馬弗爐里焙燒90min為最佳狀態(tài); 關(guān)鍵詞:玉米桿;錳氧化物;電性能測(cè)試;模板
