摘要:通過傳統(tǒng)的固相燒結(jié)法在1430℃至1500℃的溫度下燒結(jié)2小時(shí)制備了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3(BCZT)無鉛壓電陶瓷,并研究了燒結(jié)溫度對陶瓷的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和電學(xué)性能的影響。X射線衍射結(jié)果表明,所有BCZT陶瓷樣品均表現(xiàn)出典型的鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu),且存在正交和四方相共存。陶瓷樣品的致密度隨燒結(jié)溫度的升高而增大,并且在燒結(jié)溫度為1460℃時(shí)達(dá)到最大值,為97.42%,繼續(xù)升高溫度,陶瓷的致密度下降,但在1500℃時(shí)仍然有91.93%。BCZT陶瓷的室溫介電常數(shù)和介電損耗均隨頻率的增加而降低。燒結(jié)溫度為1470℃的陶瓷樣品有最高的居里溫度(Tc=92.3℃)。1500℃燒結(jié)的陶瓷在極化電壓為2.5kV/mm時(shí)獲得最大壓電常數(shù)(d33=369.12pC/N)。陶瓷在1460℃下燒結(jié)且極化電壓為3kV/mm得到較佳鐵電性(Ec=2.9717kV,Pr=12.8458μC/cm2)。 關(guān)鍵詞:BaTiO3;壓電性;介電性;鐵電性
Abstract: (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3 (BCZT) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared at 1430℃ to 1500℃ for 2 hours by conventional solid-state sintering method. The effects of the sintering temperature on the microstructure and electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated.X-ray diffraction suggested typical perovskite structure of all the BCZT samples and the orthorhombic and tetragonal phase co-existed in ceramics. The relative densities of all the ceramics increase with sintering temperature, and reach its maximum at 1460℃(97.42%),further increase of the temperature leads to the decrease of the density, while still remaining 91.93% at 1500℃. Both of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the BCZT ceramics decrease with the increasing of the frequency. The highest curie temperature of the BCZT samples was achieved at 1490℃(Tc=92.3℃). The BCZT ceramics sintered at 1490℃attained a maximum d33 of 369.12pC/N(dc fields 2.5kV/mm).The optimized ferroelectric properties of the ceramics was obtained at 1460℃ and poled at 3kV/mm(Ec= 2.9717kV ,Pr=12.8458μC/cm2 ) .
